Said plainly — including when you earn nothing.
- Commission: 30% of every order initiated within the referred client's first 365 days — the window runs from their first order. A Hirry 365 subscription earns 30% of each instalment collected, across the full 36 months.
- Earned when collected. The commission is born only when Hirry actually collects, never before. Under the no-charge model, what isn't delivered isn't collected — so no commission arises. A guarantee not met, a search stopped before delivery, a trial exit with no activation, an instalment waived under the activation guarantee: 0 collected, 0 commission. A referred client can legitimately generate €0.
- Payouts: monthly, by SEPA / SWIFT transfer, minimum €100 (or local equivalent).
- Referrals are new clients only. Deduplicated against the existing base before attribution — first valid transmission wins. No commission on your own subscriptions. No exclusivity, no quota.
- Attribution by lead transmission. You run your own prospect-collection system and send leads to us; the transmission channel is agreed when you join. You collect leads under your own responsibility. No claims beyond the official offer.

Anyone with access to European SME owners who are hiring — creators, consultants, communities, business networks. You operate your own collection system and send us the leads.
How fast do you respond?
Within 5 business days, with a clear yes or no and the reason.
Is the 30% gross or net?
30% of the amount actually collected, net of taxes and payment fees passed through. It's a share of what reaches Hirry, not of the headline price.
What about multiple searches and Hirry 365 seats?
Every order placed within the 365-day window counts: each one-off search, and each Hirry 365 instalment across its 36 months. Additional 365 seats taken in the window count the same way.
What if the client doesn't pay?
No collection, no commission. The commission is born when we collect: if a guarantee isn't met or a search is stopped before delivery, nothing is collected, so nothing is owed to you.
Can I be both a client and an affiliate?
Yes, but you earn no commission on your own subscriptions or searches — only on the new clients you refer.
What about existing clients?
Referrals must be new clients. Leads are deduplicated against our existing base before attribution — so an already-known business earns no commission, and we tell you before you invest in it.
What happens when the 365-day window ends?
A Hirry 365 subscription started within the window keeps earning you 30% of each instalment to the end of its 36 months. New orders placed after the window are not attributed to you.
How do I send leads?
Through the transmission channel we agree when you join. Our team then calls each lead and runs the standard onboarding.
What if the lead is already known to Hirry?
There's no attribution. A lead that is an existing client, or one already transmitted by someone else, isn't attributed to you — first valid transmission wins. We say this up front so you don't invest in it.
